Trial Name: Evaluating the Efficacy of Humira in Moderate to Severe Ulcerative Colitis
Objective: To assess the effectiveness and safety of Humira in patients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis.
Eligibility Criteria: Adults aged 18-65 with a confirmed diagnosis of moderate to severe ulcerative colitis.
Study Design: Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled.
Participation Details: Participants will receive either Humira or a placebo and will be monitored over a 12-month period.
Crohn’s Disease
Trial Name: Investigating the Impact of Stelara on Crohn’s Disease Remission
Objective: To determine the long-term remission rates in Crohn’s disease patients treated with Stelara.
Eligibility Criteria: Adults aged 18-75 diagnosed with Crohn’s disease.
Study Design: Open-label, multi-center trial.
Participation Details: Participants will receive Stelara and will be followed up for two years to evaluate remission rates and quality of life improvements.
